What Does ‘Discovery’ Mean? In the Discovery Center we are learning about discovering things. To me, discovering things means to find something really cool. In my picture I am discovering gold. When I find the gold in the picture, I am so happy. That is what discovering things mean to me.

To win the game you have to win all of the levels. If you win the game you play it again.
If you wanted to build this game I think you would have to have water, toy trucks, a platform and rocks. I think if you wanted to build this game it would cost $900. If you wanted to buy this game I think $2,000.
The name of the game is Extreme Trucks and the URL address is http://www.freearcade.com/ExtremeTrucks.flash/ExtremeTrucks.html. Design Brief What is the Concept Design of My Crusie Arcade Game? The name of the game that we are building is called Fireball. We will list the instructions on the front of the game. In a star rating from 1 to 4, our game would be a 2. To win the game you have to make the football go inside the hole. If you win the game you will get tickets. We are using a cardboard box and putting holes in it. On the top of the box we drew the name of the game.
Let us describe our blueprint, the front, top and side views. The front view has the sign of our game on the top and the holes to throw the footballs into. The top has the sign of our game. At the side you can see the Polly spots.
To build this game the tools you have to use are cardboard, tape and scissors. We also need Polly spots and pencils. More things that we need are markers and footballs. I think it would take about 5 days to make it. Maybe when we tape the game it might fall off. The sign that goes on the top might fall off. Create What are the Stages of the Building Process?

Question: What are the polly spots for?
Polish: Work on crowd control.
Student Comment: Thank you, we tried to make Fire Ball so kids like it. The polly spots are there to challenge yourself and to also see how good you are. There were a lot of people to control; it was a little hard.
Examiner: Ms. Andrews

Question: Can you improve the visual appearance of the game to attract more players.? How will you get people to play more than once?
Polish: You should consider making the holes to visually show which is which.
Student Comment: Thank you, we tried make Fire Ball just right for older and younger people. I think the visual appearance is fine how it is, it attracted many people. We will try to make it so players know which hole is which.
Examiner: Mr. Holgate

Praise: Very simple and effective game. A fun game, especially for those students who enjoy sports!
Question: Could you have a leader board to encourage people to beat each other’s records? If you do, could you have different records for different balls?
Praise: Maybe add some more color and decoration. Seriously consider the leader board. And better prizes!
Student Comment: We tried to make Fire Ball simple and fun for people who like sports. We tried to make a leader board but it was too hard and confusing. I think we have enough color, and we did consider the leader board.
